| Anvil Studio, Guitar pro, whatever.
Just save as something like a MIDI.
I think. | |

| but FB, midi's can have pretty much anything, we need to make sure it's consistent. And plus guitar pro works better for aus music. | |

| Kyrotix is making his in mp3, so any good "Mp3 > MIDI" coverters would be great!
Also, does anyone know of any "XM (FastTracker file) > MIDI" converters? If so, I might be able to help with music.

| Nope.
There are converters out there for everything. Mp3 > MIDI is one of them, I believe. Kyrotix said he had a mp3>midi converter, but he also said it ruined the songs.

| The internals of how an mp3 works and how a midi works are so different that they're not at all alike, despite both producing sound.
The converter would have to be able to "listen" to the mp3 to figure out what note it is being played. Adding multiple voices to the piece makes such a feat nigh impossible.
And don't even get me started on determining the likeness between an mp3 playing a piano and a piano synth.

| We're using midi, Diff, it's just we had a conversation about why we can't use MP3s (which is a huge shame 'cause now Kyrotix can't do what he wanted). | |
